Frequently asked questions
Why a paid diagnostic before development?
Because half the value is decided there. Two days of observation prevent automating a broken process, and you leave with a costed note that is useful even without me. Its cost is deducted if you continue.
My data is sensitive. Where does it go?
European hosting by default, NDA signed on request, and deletion of test data at the end of the engagement. Depending on sensitivity, processing can be configured with no retention by the model provider, or on a self-hosted model.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
Every extraction carries a confidence score. Below the threshold we agree on, the document goes to human validation instead of writing bad data. All processing is logged and replayable.
Who owns the code?
You do. The Git repository, documentation and access are handed over in your name at the end of the engagement, and your team can take over without me.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, remote by default with regular video check-ins. On-site workshops possible in the Paris region.
What are the usual timelines?
One week for the diagnostic, two to three weeks for a prototype and two to four weeks to production. Actual timing depends on your availability for validations.
