Nothing is collected without your knowledge: this site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers.

The data you send is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under article 6.1.b of the GDPR.

Commercial exchanges with no follow-up are kept for three years from the last contact.

Documents relating to an invoiced engagement are kept for ten years, per accounting obligations.

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). The resulting transfers of data outside the European Union are covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

Data processed as part of client engagements is hosted within the European Union, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Exercise these rights by email at adrien@bonvallet.ai.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected.

The site is served over HTTPS with security headers restricting embedding and device access.

During engagements, client data is handled according to the terms agreed in the contract, with European hosting by default.
